中国内地居民注册认证系统用户将需要通过全国统一实人认证，之后也将开启“刷脸”认证，逐步为各类政务服务提速。 新系统上线后，“开证明”服务也会有所调整： 1. 留学人员在还没被正式授予学位时，申请将不给予处理，所以一定要先问学校拿到学位后，再去申请认证哦。 2. 如果申请人以及获得学位但还没有拿到文凭证书，且文凭证书授予时间预计较长，可以先拿学校注册部门的官方证明信顶替，证明信”内容应包含申请者所获学位/文凭名称、被授予的具体时间、证书预计颁发时间等内容；但“证明信”往往核查困难，评估时间较长。 在新系统上线后，所有认证结果都以电子证照发送，而且将不再提供纸质认证，这也是为了顺应“互联网+”的更新需求。
