将发布生态科技岛人工智能示范区应用场景，并向全球募集解决方案。

整个论坛分为演讲、圆桌会议以及人工智能示范区应用场景发布等环节。

论坛期间，位于生态科技岛的新加坡创业行动社群南京国际中心将正式揭牌，

助力新加坡和东南亚初创企业，以及国际科技创新人才落户南京。

新加坡.南京生态科技岛作为新加坡--江苏合作历史框架下的旗舰项目，汇集两国智慧。

全岛在以信息技术、生态环保为主导的"3+1"产业格局基础上，

搭建"人工智能+水科学"双核驱动的产业体系。将打造一座集高端产业发展、

随着人工智能的不断深入发展，尽管新技术涌现加速社会变革步伐，

但同时监管、法律、社会等一系列问题也伴随而来。

各国都在探索保障数字安全的方法，新加坡也率先提出人工智能道德与监管原则。

新加坡贸工部高级政府部长许宝琨主持今早开幕式时指出，

新加坡希望调动所有资源，各尽所能，推动人工智能发展，寻找现代问题解决方案。
