一般用于注册B组车款的公开组下跌约5500元，报价4万7。

货车及巴士组滑落了1100多元，就连摩托车组新成价格也已经到了3200元！

其中人们最关心，也是最让人意外的是要属中小型车组啦~跌破3万元价位，下滑约9700元，硬生生跌出近1万的幅度！从接近37000新元跌到了27000新元！

针对这样的价格跳水情况，网上众说纷纭，此时新加坡车业会会长真相了，降价的原因总结如下：

1.此次拥车证暴跌与中美贸易战引发的新加坡股市大跌脱不了干系。

2.近期正值新加坡学校的考试季，作为购买主力的家长无暇分心买车。

3.其次前段时间的价格上扬，扼杀了不少人买车的想法，导致市场一度缺乏活力。

另外也有汽车代理商表示，此次私召车业者没有进场抢标拥车证也是非常重要的一个因素。

而在投标会上出现的罕见情况，则是由于车商和买家观察到此次市场异常爆冷，

决定前期不出手，直到最后还剩下400多张拥车证才蜂拥而入。
