2018年9月2日-8日，在北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）的支持下, “第三十一期赴新加坡医院管理研修项目” 顺利完成。
为保证项目顺利安全进行, 北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）于2018年9月1日在北京组织召开了本期研修项目行前会。行前会上, 北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）新加坡项目本期领队赵霞介绍了机构现有项目，新加坡项目负责人米兰就国外研修期间的注意事项提出了具体的要求, 希望学员们珍惜来之不易的赴外研修机会, 多与国外同行交流学习。要求大家在国外一定要遵守当地的法律和法规, 注意人身和财产安全, 圆满完成此次学习任务。
来自西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院的韩建峰院长助理担任此次研修项目的团长, 他表示非常荣幸能够参加本期项目研修学习, 新加坡的医院管理水平处于世界前列，值得我们学习借鉴。他一定会团结全体学员并带领全团成员珍惜本次学习机会, 积极与国外同行进行学术交流, 开拓国际视野、自觉遵守各项规章制度, 团结友爱, 圆满完成境外学习任务。
此次研修项目为BHGF与新加坡培训方合作的第三十一期医院管理研修项目, 项目质量在各期学员和组织方的共同努力下不断提高和完善。新加坡医院作为国际优质医疗服务的标杆, 拥有一流的医疗保健体系, 其医疗水平和显著的治疗效果全球闻名。对于国内的很多医院来说, 无论是在医疗质量管理、医疗服务水准, 还是在医院管理模式方面, 都有很多地方值得学习和借鉴。
在新加坡研修期间, 讲师们以新加坡医院为例, 细述了新加坡的医疗保健制度及医疗体系、新加坡医疗改革发展的路线, 对于国内医院很有价值和借鉴作用。此外, 项目还组织学员对新加坡公立医院-新加坡国立大学医院（NUH）、私立医院-莱佛士医院进行实地参访交流。
在BHGF公益性国际平台的持下, 数千名医院管理干部和专业技术人员走出国门, 赴世界各国著名的大学及医疗机构进行研修学习。 BHGF今后还将持续搭建中国医院与国际顶级医疗机构的交流合作平台, 通过“送出去、请进来”的双向交流方式, 为中国医院在人才培养、医疗质量和学科建设等方面提供帮助和支持。

BHGF the 31th Hospital Management Training Program in Singapore Completed Successfully
With the support of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), “the 31th Hospital Management Training Program in Singapore”from 2nd to 8th, September, 2018, has been completed successfully.
In order to ensure the program goes smoothly and safely, the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) organized a pre-trip meeting of the program in Beijing on first, September, 2018. At the pre-trip meeting, Ms.Zhao Xia, the current leader of the Singapore program, introduced the current programs status of BHGF. Ms.Mi Lan, the Singapore Program Manager, put forward specific requirements for the matters needing attention during the study abroad. She hoped that the students would cherish the hard-won opportunities to study abroad and exchange ideas with their counterparts abroad.All the students are required to abide by laws and regulations of Singapore, pay attention to personal and property safety, and successfully complete the study task.
Mr.Han Jianfeng, assistant of president from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Medicine, served as the team leader of the Delegation. He expressed that he was very honored to be able to participate in this project. Singapore's hospital management level is in the forefront of the world, which is worth learning. He would surely unite all the students and lead the whole delegation members to cherish this learning opportunity, actively carry out academic exchanges with foreign counterparts, broaden international horizons, consciously abide by the rules and regulations, unite and love, and successfully complete the overseas learning task.
This session is the 31st of hospital management training program, which BHGF cooperates with Singapore trainers.With the joint efforts of trainees and organizers,the quality of the program is continuously improved. As a benchmark of international high quality medical services, Singapore Hospital has a first-class medical and health care system, and its medical level and remarkable therapeutic effect are well known all over the world. For many hospitals in China, there are many places worth learning and using for reference in terms of medical quality management, medical service level and hospital management mode.
During the training period, the lecturers took Singapore hospitals as an example to elaborate on Singapore's health care system and the reform and development route of Singapore's health care , which is of great value and reference to domestic hospitals. In addition, the trainees took a visit to Singapore's public hospitals - Singapore National University Hospital (NUH) and private hospitals - Raffles Hospital.
Under the support of BHGF, thousands of hospital management cadres and specialized personnel go abroad to famous international medical university and institutes to study. BHGF will continue to build an exchange and cooperation platform between Chinese hospitals and top international medical institutions. Through the two-way communication approach of “sending out and inviting in”, BHGF will provide assistance and support for Chinese hospitals in personnel training, medical quality, and discipline construction.
