9栋不同高度的独特雕塑塔楼让人联想到珊瑚结构，它们在景观周围的项链上进行战略性布置。为了回应建筑的概念，设计创建了一个受珊瑚生命启发的有机景观平台。 而整体项目使用的颜色以蓝色、绿色、白色及灰色为主，使CapeRoyale 滨海住宅区能连结到自然环境的颜色——大海、沙滩、天空与植物。 建筑：Zaha Hadid 景观：ICN 丽敦豪邸（d'Leedon）是扎哈•哈迪德（Zaha Hadid）设计的第一个高层住宅项目。设计风格延续了扎哈标志性的流线型设计语言，如同一朵朵未盛开的花骨朵。建筑无缝隙的线条让人联想到水的流动，岩石和山丘的地层以及草地。阶梯状的景观平台最大限度的扩大了公共空间的面积。优美的绿色景观还一直延伸到建筑内部，特殊设计的开窗让居住者能观赏周围优美的景色。 为了应对新加坡的高密度环境，本项目设计了一个更有包容性、更宜居的居住区，将低密度空间元素融合进高密度空间中，让私人公寓空间和公共观景台更综合及迷人，并创造出更好的社会交流机会。生活空间体验被融合进更自然的环境，将类似自然森林一样的园林沉浸在建筑中。居民可以享受阳光穿越绿植的感觉，漫步林荫道时能听见潺潺的水声。设计受到森林的灵感启发，将自然中的园林和水融入项目。通过不同密度的森林道路连接活动区，组成了绿色网络。类似雨林树冠的种树方式，可以反映出不同层次的视角，蜿蜒的人行道使定义空间更明确。 位于寸土如金的滨海湾新金融区，却奢华地创造了一片比足球场还大的绿色空间。德国著名建筑大师克里斯多夫．英恩霍文（Christoph
