# 新加坡人有八成愿意在日常生活中行小善，但少部分愿意做义工

[新加坡](https://www.sgcn.com/)人有八成愿意在日常生活中行小善，但少部分愿意做义工

新加坡全国志愿服务与慈善中心展开的个人捐赠调查显示，

近八成新加坡人会在日常生活中行小善，但只有三成愿意定期做义工，

多数新加坡人也不把回馈社会当成生活重心之一。

这项2018年个人捐赠调查由新加坡全国志愿服务与慈善中心（NVPC）展开，

每两年进行一次，去年共有2100名15岁及以上的新加坡人参与了问卷调查。

调查首次探讨捐款和做义工以外的行善行为，

并发现有79％新加坡人在过去12个月里会自发地在日常生活中行小善，

其中包括90％会让路给他人、88％在公共运输上让座，还有81％为迷路的人指路等。

除了行小善，也有新加坡人开始注意购买的物品是否来自非盈利机构或社会企业（29％），

会倡导某个议题（17％），以及捐血或骨髓等（7％）。

此外，国人也仍会捐款（79％）、捐赠旧物品（63％）和做义工（29％）。

新加坡去年整体的志愿服务参与率仅有29％，

但与2008年的17％相比，这10年来已有上升的趋势。

此外，新加坡整体捐款率虽然从2008年的91％下降至去年的79％，

但每名捐款者平均捐出的款额增加超过一倍，

从2008年的300元增至去年的661元。

新加坡人列出他们的首要生活重心为家庭（58％）、健康（48％），以及过休闲的生活（26％）等。

调查也发现，虽然有九成新加坡人有意捐赠、七成新加坡人有意做义工，

但多数因实际考量而没这么做。

新加坡政府也鼓励慈善组织的发展，不过执行严格的登记制度。
