陈清贤教授拥有丰富的高校管理履历，多年来深耕国大教育管理与院系建设工作：
2000年至2002年，任计算机学院助理院长
2002年至2008年，担任信息系统系主任
2009年，出任国大教学委员会主席
2009年至2012年，任协理副教务长（本科教育）
2012年至2017年，担任副教务长（本科教育与学生生活），至今任高级副教务长（本科教育）
