这次火患造成八因烧伤或吸入浓烟入院，当中包括一名民防部队人员。

民防部队7月5日晚上7时零3分通过面簿指出，火患下午3时45分发生后，火势蔓延至整个第720座组屋底层，随时可能扩散。民防随即控制火势，并疏散该座居民及附近一家学习中心的孩童。火患在下午4时30分受到控制，失火原因仍在调查中。

新加坡民防部队出动了19辆紧急救援车、60名消防员，使用了10支水柱和一个无人消防机器灭火，耗时1个小时，才将火患控制住。

之后，消防员继续浇湿现场，以确保没有火星重燃。

火患调查员事后调查现场。

作为李显龙总理管理的宏茂桥集选区，这里的每个邻里都如同家人一般，李显龙总理对此次意外也高度关注，对热心人士的帮助表示感谢，并希望伤者早日康复。李总理还透过面簿贴文说，他已向同为宏茂桥集选区议员的贸工部高级政务部长许宝琨医生了解火患和受影响居民的情况。

而这场火灾是MyCK三年来的第二场火患...

三年前MyCK百货总部大火损失2000万元，前天宏茂桥大火又烧毁两家分店，超过50名商界好友纷慰问打气，CK集团创办人洪振群感叹：“三年两起无情火，烧到我无所适从……”

2016年8月17日淡滨尼92街的CK百货总部六层楼大厦遭大火烧毁。据了解，那场大火让集团损失约2000万元。

MyCK分店遭遇大火后，逾50名商界好友在WhatsApp群组慰问MyCK的创始人，为他打气。

习惯每天在好友圈分享生活心得的MyCK创始人，也发了一则“静心晨语”回应好友慰问：“一波未平一波又起，公司在三年内两起火患，无情火烧到自己真的无所适从……人生无常，学习接受，沉着应对，开心每一天。”

他说，拥有20家分店的公司恢复得很快，总部大火三天后分店照常营业，两周后启用樟宜南的临时总部。2017年6月总部开始重建，去年8月总部迁回旧址办公。

他透露，火患发生后获得四方声援，数十位商界朋友欲伸出援手，“但我没拿他们的钱，只拿了他们的情义”...

不过，火是不讲情义的,看到这样的灾难，联想到我们都生活在同一块土地上，大家都住在一栋一栋的组屋里，家庭应该具备什么样的防火知识？应该常备什么样的应急物品呢？如果真的发生灾难，我们应该怎么做呢？

以下是比较公认的家庭必备“御火”知识：

1、家用火灾保险

如果你的组屋还有贷款的话，火险是强制性的，如果你的组屋已经没有贷款的情况下，火险是非强制性的，然而，为什么不买呢？5年才新币$5.5元，买个安心，买个保险，买个比一顿午餐还超值。必须买！

2、家用火灾报警器

消防专家、消防工作者，首推神器——投资小、回报大，关键时候能保命。

上世纪70年代开始，美国人就开始在家里装报警器了，大约90%的家庭都有了。

家用火灾报警器，包括烟感、温感、燃气探测器。火情发生时，它们分别能通过烟雾浓度、温度高低、燃气浓度探测到火情，并发出本地强音强光报警，提醒家人，叫醒夜间熟睡的家人，尽快逃生或扑救。无线联网的家用火灾报警器，还能与家人、物业、保安的手机关联，探测到火情时，自动不断地拨打电话、发送简讯、APP告警，防火效果更好、安全性更高。

安装：一般每个卧室、客厅，餐厅，厨房，都要至少安装一个，面积大时可适当多安几个。安装的位置是天花板，每间屋的相对中央。

电池：购买安装时，一定要注意电池寿命，尽量选寿命长一些的，有三年五年的，就别选一两年的，毕竟买来要用至少十几二十年，老换电池，太麻烦，不能及时发现的话还易出现检测盲区。

而且，因为好的报警器能在阴燃阶段就能探测到火情，真正防患于“未燃”，保护生命财产免受损失。

3. 灭火器

灭火器:常见的有ABC类干粉灭火器，水基灭火器。前者价格相对便宜，但是只能灭平面火源，而且灭不净会复燃，不能对着人喷。后者适合家用，价格较贵，可以灭立体火源，也能喷人身上防火。

手提式ABC类干粉灭火器，使用前应先上下摇晃几次，使用时“一拔销子、二提管子、三压把子”，提起喷管对准火焰根部灭火。

水基灭火器，是在距离燃烧物6-10米左右，拔掉保险销，一只手握住开启的压把，另一只手握住喷枪，开启压把时，要向下压且紧握住不放，对准火焰根部灭火。

灭火器应存放在干燥通风、随手可拿到的地方，避免阳光照射、雨淋、远离腐蚀性物质，不可放在卫生间或者暖气上。同时，还要注意定期检查，看是否过期或者压力不足。

4. 防烟面具

现实中，很多人并不是被明火烧死，而是被烟熏致死。家中常备可用于火场浓烟环境下逃生自救的防烟防毒面具，危急关头套上面具逃生可有效抵御有毒烟雾的侵袭。

防烟防毒面具又叫消防过滤式自救呼吸器，是防止火场有毒气体侵入呼吸道的个人防护用品，由防护头罩、过滤装置和面罩组成。

最常见的防烟防毒面具分海绵、石棉网和活性炭三种。其中，活性炭无论对烟尘或者是有毒气体的过滤性能都很好。一般设备仅供一次性使用，不能用于常态性工作保护，只供个人逃生自救。

防烟防毒面具属于过滤式，并不是自生氧，当环境氧气浓度低于17%时不可再使用；其虽具有一定的气密性但并不防水，不可在水中使用。

5. 逃生绳

家中突起大火，逃生“无门”该如何处理？常备一根逃生绳，可以很大程度减少意外事故的发生。最好选用内芯为军用航空钢丝，外包由尼龙线编制而成的逃生绳。粗细为拇指粗细即可，一般承受重量在200公斤。相比市面上逃生缓降器少则几百上千元的价格，逃生绳价格更为亲民。

使用操作：逃生绳固定点一定要选取牢固的物体，如窗户、暖气管等，绑定后用力拉下以检验是否牢固可靠。使用时，将安全带缠绕在臀部、腰间或腋下，调紧安全绳松紧口，并将救生绳顺着窗口抛下，依次沿绳逃离。
