#  新加坡经济创十年最低增速，主要是制造业拖后腿

[新加坡](https://www.sgcn.com/)经济创十年最低增速，主要是制造业拖后腿

新加坡本季度经济增长（GDP）0.1%，不仅远远低于市场1.1%的增长预期，

还创下十年来最差的经济增长速度。

随后，新加坡贸易部还表示，按季度、季节因素调整后和年率计算，

今年第二季度新加坡GDP较第一季度萎缩了3.4%。

回溯到2009年第二季度，当时经济增长率萎缩到1.2%。

总而言之，新加坡二季度的经济数据是灾难性和崩溃性的，

比最坏的市场预测还要坏。拖累经济增长的主要因素是制造业。

不过，新加坡没有足够强大的武力和广阔的内需市场，

就坐收金融中心的巨额利润和快钱，本身就是类似于走钢丝的冒险行为。

只不过走的时间长了，也就忽视了风险。

当世界最大的两个经济体上半年的贸易总额下降9%之后，

呈现某种类似于“大河无水小河干”的效应，对新加坡而言是个严重冲击。

现在新加坡只能寄希望于信息通讯业、建筑业和服务业的景气能够撑住，

在第三季度能够扭转颓势，避免技术性衰退的风险加剧。

然而，虽然新加坡经济增长呈现疲态，却丝毫无法阻挡中国买家对其房地产的投资热情。

在海外买家需求的推动下，今年第二季度，新加坡私人住宅价格意外上涨至五年来的最高点。

来新加坡置业的外国人中，印尼和马来西亚人占总比例的50%但是近年来，中国买家已成为新加坡优质住宅房地产市场的潜在主导者，

据不完全统计，中国人在新加坡购房的比例约占总数的30%。

在新加坡房地产商眼中，中国买家的到来撑起了新的"避风港"。
