选择性组屋重建计划(SERS)由新加坡政府于1995年推出

如果组屋入选该计划

那么政府就会按当时的市价买回

然后在同一地区新建组屋

被选入SERS计划的屋主

又有新房，又能从赔偿和搬迁的配套中受惠

但是入选SERS的概率极低

从1995年起，只有4%的组屋获选加入

所以这13间入选SERS计划还卖超过百万的屋主
