但是，就有人把这些组屋楼下的地方私有化了！！秒变小仓库和游乐场！！

不知道大家还记得前几天的森林组屋么？就是那个把自己家的门外堆满植物的那一位！！

这次，巴西立第13街第161座组屋底层的两个单位，将大量的杂物放在屋外，造成其他居民不便。

有网友表示：“有居民在草坪上凌乱地摆放着秋千和多张椅子，把公共场所当成自己的专属游乐园，不顾其他邻居的感受。”

走廊的架子上摆了数十双鞋子和不少杂物，居民担心紧急事故发生时会阻挡到逃生路。

除了这些设施外，这名网友也表示，邻居也将鞋架和地毯等的杂物堆积在楼梯口的走廊，网友担心发生紧急事件时会影响居民逃生。

另外，邻居也在走道上摆放好几个空花盆，里头集满死水，可能滋生伊蚊。

同时也发现这两个底层单位外堆满上百件大大小小杂物，形成独特的“景观”。

根据网友的了解，占用公共走廊的住户表示，市镇会没就“杂物”一事联络他，若有居民觉得不妥，愿意和对方沟通，必要的话移掉杂物。

其中一户被指在走廊摆放杂物的屋主说，他在组屋住了20多年，在外面放东西也超过10年，从未接到任何投诉。

不愿透露姓名的他说，他会确保走廊上的物品不会挡路。他说：“我没有听说有人不满，邻居可以跟我们直接沟通，必要的话我会把杂物移掉。”

其实据民防部队防火安全条例，所有公共组屋的走廊应维持至少1.2米的逃生通道，宽度少于1.2米的走廊不能摆放任何物品。

住户也不能随意在公共走廊上摆放晒衣架等物品，除非物品能在紧急事故时轻易收起或拿掉，以确保它们不阻挡逃生路线。
