**Job Description**

**协助组织、实施商学院在华市场推广活动， 通过各种形式的市场活动与企业和个人建立良好的关系；**

Implement effective integrated marketing initiatives and events to enhance NUS Business School programmes in Greater China;develop and build up solid relationships with senior management of Chinese businesses;

****支持学院中文EMBA项目的招生工作，有针对性地对申请人进行沟通和跟进，完成招生目标；****

Work closely with Graduate Studies Office to promote NUS EMBA-Chinese programme marketing and admissions, meet the annual target;



**负责完善负责区域的校友网络（CRM），加强与校友之间的联系，密切配合区域校友会工作，并提出优化建议；** 

Improve, optimise China Alumni Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that supports the various activities of NUS Chinese Alumni Network; 

**协助策划和执行商学院在华活动，完成会务组织和现场工作。**

Strengthen alumni engagement in Greater China through supporting the School's events, needs and wants of the regional alumni associates. 

**申请要求**

**Requirements**

**大学本科及以上学历，管理或市场营销专业优先考虑；**

Degree holder and above, bachelor in management or marketing is preferred; 

**三年以上销售、市场开发、客户关系管理、活动策划实施等相关工作经验；**

Minimum 3 years relevant experience including business development, sales, customer relationship, with practical experience in event planning & execution;

**熟悉新媒体文体，有较好的写作能力;**

Good writing skill, experience in new media operations would be preferred;

**具有专注、乐观向上的精神，愿意接受高挑战的工作目标与任务；**

Professional, self-motivated, strong drive for achievement; 

**具备良好的团队合作精神及组织协调能力，以及良好工作责任感和执行力；**

Able to work well in a team, strong organisational skills, responsible and ablity to execute project. 

**能适应国内出差，弹性加班以及周末工作。**

Ability to travel mostly locally, ad-hoc work in the evening/weekend as needed.

Build up and maintain vendor relationships;

Be a good team player, support team on marketing logistics.

**大专及以上学历，两年以上工作经验；**

College degree holder and above , at least 2 years work experience;
