亲手把咖椰酱制作出来。

她不只把咖椰酱做出来，

还成功地把它卖给德国人。

品吉受访时说，

德国人对新加坡的食物不太熟悉，

通常把新加坡的食物跟其他东南亚国家，

如泰国、越南的食物混为一谈。

品吉认为要以把新加坡食物介绍给德国当地人，

就一定要做出一道新加坡的食物给他们尝。

成功自制咖椰酱之后，

品吉就让当地朋友品尝。

德国朋友说，咖椰酱吃在嘴里，

有着浓浓的果味和甜味。

也有朋友吃了一口就爱上，

还在圣诞节买了五罐当礼物送给家人。

品吉说，她会继续制作咖椰酱。

她的下一个目标是把咖椰酱发展成一门生意。
