昨晚，“2019新加坡电影展”在峨影1958影城开幕。

此次峨影1958影城与新加坡领事馆于2019年5月25日至5月26日共同举办“2019年新加坡电影展”，

期间将展映《1965》《我们的故事》《我们的故事2》共3部影片。

开幕式上，新加坡驻成都总领事馆总领事彭志威表示，

“我们希望通过这些电影架起新加坡和成都人文交流的桥梁，

让蓉城朋友们从其他角度更深入地了解新加坡的历史渊源，文化构成及社会现状。”

峨眉电影集团党委副书记、总裁向华全表示，“文化交流意义深远，途径丰富多样。

期待通过这次影展活动能加深两地人民之间的友谊，

增进了解，体会新加坡独特的多元文化魅力！”

当晚的开幕影片新加坡电影《1965》以上世纪60年代为背景，

把新加坡人经历的社会动荡、种族分歧等大事件搬上银幕，

让观众充分体验了一把新鲜的南洋风格的观影体验。

本届“新加坡电影展”还将为大家奉上2部经典的银幕佳作，

分别是《我们的故事》《我们的故事2》。

两部影片以上世纪六十年代的本地家庭为主轴，

通过成员的际遇，带出早期的甘榜生活以及后来的组屋生活，剧情横跨数十年。

电影也将体现新加坡如何从一个以方言为主流语言的社会演变成英语为主的过程，

从中回味过去的温情脉脉。
