一、自2019年6月1日起，全国公安机关出人境管理部门开始签发新版外国人签证、团体签证和居留许可，同时停止签发现行版本签证、经济特区旅游签证、团体签证和外国人居留许可。经济特区旅游签证业务使用新版签证制作签发。 二、新版外国人签证、团体签证和居留许可为参照国际民航组织DOC9303机读旅行证件有关标准设计制作的贴纸式证件，采用多项物理防伪技术，新版签证和外国人居留许可增加打印持证人彩色相片。 三、新版外国人签证、团体签证和居留许可启用后，各类证件的申请条件和渠道审批程序和标准、收费项目和标准以及查验要求等均保持不变。此前签发的证件在有效期内可继续正常使用。
