過去五年中，每年工作經驗在1年、1-3年、3-5年、5年以上的兒童保護中心的工作人員，分別占比多少？
馬善高答：
大多數兒童保護中心（CPS）工作人員至少有三年相關工作經驗。在過去五年中，約有 15%的保護兒童服務機構工作人員的相關經驗不足1年，約有四分之一的工作人員有1至3年的相關經驗。

Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Social and Family Development for each year in the past five years, how many Child Protection Officers have experience of (i) less than one year in service (ii) between one to three years (iii) between three to five years and (iv) more than five years.
Mr Masagos Zulkifli B M M: The majority of Child Protective Service (CPS) staff have at least three years of relevant experience. In the past five years, about 15% of CPS staff had less than one year of relevant experience and about a quarter had one to three years' experience.
