# 新加坡打包也收服務費嗎？網友上網查詢後竟發現大坑

最近有網友在牛車水吃飯時發現，一位小姐姐吃完飯後餐館把堂食和打包的錢算在一起，多收了10塊錢服務費。老闆娘嫌小姐姐阻礙生意，就拚命催她走，小姐姐穿戴看起來並不像差錢的人。最終由於老闆娘的理虧，小姐姐得以拿回10塊服務費。那麼，在新加坡打包需要收取服務費嗎？

網友是這麼說的：

**1.「這個是商家的問題」**

**2.「我以前也是，每次吃完就打包，難怪到最後結帳的時候都比之前預算要多。」**

新加坡的餐館通常會收取10%的服務費。「A 10% service charge is usually applied in restaurants in Singapore.」

因此在收取服務費的問題，似乎是全新加坡每個餐館的慣例，即使沒有任何東西強制要求這個服務費的存在。但你始終是要付款，並且也不能因為該餐廳服務的好壞來決定是否支付服務費。因為如果你不支付，當這種小事被提交給法院後，你極有可能被命令支付該金額。

Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore表示：一些餐飲店對相同的食物同時提供堂食和外賣/送貨上門服務，但只對堂食收取服務費。「Some F&B outlets provide both dine-in and takeaway / home delivery for the same food items, but service charge is imposed on dine-in only.」

因此，網友的提醒是正確的。大家下次打包的時候一定要看清楚有沒有收取服務費，如果有，這筆錢是可以被退還的哦！
