著名網紅Nas Daily通過Facebook發文徵聘，

指有意徵聘越南籍員工前來加入他在新加坡的團隊。

勞資政公平與良好僱傭聯盟表示，正在跟進這起事件，

確保國人在工作機會方面受公平對待。

Nas Daily8月12日在Facebook發文表示，

正在尋找「越南最好的視頻製作人」全職加入他的製作團隊。

他說：「你必須知道怎麼製作視頻。你在拍攝或剪輯方面需要是最強的。」

Nas是在兩個月前設立的新帳戶Nas Daily Vietnamese發文。

他也在帖文中透露，把帖文轉發給最終獲聘者的網民，

將獲得692新元的獎勵。

帖文在網上迅速傳開，有超過855人轉發。

不少網民對帖文表示歡迎，希望Nas儘快到越南旅遊。

但也有網民質疑：「為什麼不從新加坡聘請員工？是不是他們不符合條件？」

對此， 勞資政公平與良好僱傭聯盟發言人指出：

「無論是通過哪個平台上傳徵聘廣告，

所有定居在新加坡的僱主都需遵守勞資政公平僱傭條例。」

僱主不應該使用一些排除新加坡人，或直接偏向非新加坡人的字眼。

同時，若僱主沒有在勞動力發展局的工作庫中刊登廣告超過 14天，

沒有公正地考慮本地應徵者，那僱主將不能提交工作準證的申請。

勞資政公平與良好僱傭聯盟表示，當局嚴厲看待所有不符合規定，

在僱傭方面具歧視性的行為。

發言人說：「我們強力勸請僱主到網站查詢，徵聘廣告中應避免什麼字眼。」
