王先生被派去樟宜機場T4行李處理區工作，

為了方便工作他持有機場的季度通行證，這樣他就能進入機場的限制區工作。

從去年3月28日到11月20日，王先生在沒有工作的情況下，

前後48次使用通行證從員工入口處進入T2的出境轉機區。

今年1月15日機場的警署接到情報，知道王先生沒有工作的時候也會用通行證進入轉機區購買免稅商品。

警方經過調查後將王先生逮捕，王先生承認自己這樣的確是因為貪心，因為想賺更多的錢！

無論王先生有什麼原因，他的行為畢竟觸犯了法律，昨天他被控上法庭，

他承認48項觸犯保護區和保護地法令的控訴，被判坐牢3周和罰款8000新元。

因為工作原因能夠利用通行證進出新加坡機場免稅區的小夥伴們，

一定要提前了解好在免稅店購物的相關規定，

不要等到像王先生這樣被判監、罰款了才悔不當初！

新加坡警方提醒大家，樟宜機場過境區是受保護地區，

持登機牌進入過境區的乘客，必須是為了搭飛機到另一個地點。

無意出境，卻濫用登機證的人，將在受保護地區法令下被控，

如果罪名成立，可被判罰款高達2萬元，或坐牢長達兩年，或兩者兼施。
