一般用於註冊B組車款的公開組下跌約5500元，報價4萬7。

貨車及巴士組滑落了1100多元，就連摩托車組新成價格也已經到了3200元！

其中人們最關心，也是最讓人意外的是要屬中小型車組啦~跌破3萬元價位，下滑約9700元，硬生生跌出近1萬的幅度！從接近37000新元跌到了27000新元！

針對這樣的價格跳水情況，網上眾說紛紜，此時新加坡車業會會長真相了，降價的原因總結如下：

1.此次擁車證暴跌與中美貿易戰引發的新加坡股市大跌脫不了干係。

2.近期正值新加坡學校的考試季，作為購買主力的家長無暇分心買車。

3.其次前段時間的價格上揚，扼殺了不少人買車的想法，導致市場一度缺乏活力。

另外也有汽車代理商表示，此次私召車業者沒有進場搶標擁車證也是非常重要的一個因素。

而在投標會上出現的罕見情況，則是由於車商和買家觀察到此次市場異常爆冷，

決定前期不出手，直到最後還剩下400多張擁車證才蜂擁而入。
