新加坡小學並沒有官方排名，因為新加坡政府致力於把每所學校打造成好學校，平等對待每所學校。
然而真的完全沒有「排名」嗎？
教育部（MOE）獎項
如果一定要找到一個衡量學校的標準，我們可以參考新加坡教育部為學校頒布的獎項。
教育部頒布的獎項有三個等級，其中最值得關注的即為一級獎勵和二級獎勵。
一級獎勵即學校在至少一年的時間裡，他們在某一領域取得了成就，包括卓越學校獎（SEA）和優異學校獎（SDA）；
二級獎勵即學校在特定領域有持續卓越的表現，包括持續成就獎（SAA）、傑出發展獎（ODA）和最佳實踐學校獎（BPA）。
下面重點介紹最新（2016年評比）的學校獲獎者：
卓越學校獎
School Excellence Award（SEA）
「SEA是獎項總體規劃框架中最高和最負盛名的獎項，為表彰學校在學術和非學術成果方面取得了全面優勢。」

每所學校都是好學校
早在2012年，新加坡教育部就正式廢除了中學成績等級制，倡導「讓每所學校都成為好學校」。
每所學校都是好學校是新加坡政府辦學的目標，就以現在最熱門的STEAM教育為例，在新加坡不是只有私校或所謂的菁英學校才有真正落實STEAM教育，從一般社區小學到技職學校，新加坡老師們都相信且有能力執行STEAM教育。
除了「每所學校都是好學校」政策之外，對於國際學生們來說新加坡留學入學考試的競爭方式也是相對公平的：
