# 新加坡PSB學院 URL: https://www.shicheng.news/zh-hant/v/ElVRz Published: 2021-04-20 Source: 獅城新聞 新加坡PSB學院在新加坡已經有五十多年的歷史， 幾乎和新加坡這個國家是「同齡人」。 很多同學或者家長會問，PSB學院有沒有中文名？抱歉地告訴大家，我們暫時沒有中文名，但是今天小編君可以好好和大家解釋一下我們名字的由來。 P， 代表Productivity， 中文是生產力。 S， 代表Standards, 中文是標準。 B：代表Board, 中文是管理局。 觀看如下視頻，了解PSB學院的教學理念： PSB學院名字的由來，和我們本身在成立時的政府背景分不開。 1964 李光耀先生提出需要在新加坡建立一個Productivity Unit(生產力局)來提升國民的工作知識和技能。這就是PSB學院的前身，而就在第二年，1965年，新加坡宣布獨立。 1972 新加坡國家生產力委員會(National Productivity Board)成為國家的法定委員會之一。生產力局在這一年歸入NPB的管理服務監督發展部門（Management Services Supervisory Development Division）, 成為引領提高國家生產力的先驅部門。 1996 NPB與新加坡標準和工業研究所（Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research，簡稱SISIR）合併，共同成立Productivity and Standards Board(生產力與標準局，簡稱PSB) ，隸屬於新加坡政府經濟發展委員會，這也是PSB學院名稱的源頭。 2000-2005 2000年，PSB首度與英國諾丁漢大學開展院校合作，在接下來的數年中, PSB繼續把英國和澳洲的優質教育引入新加坡，相繼和不同的國外大學合作。目前有9個合作夥伴。 2006-2013 在2006年，PSB學院全面私有化，「華麗轉身」成為新加坡私立院校之一。2007年，PSB學院搬到了位於中巴魯的Delta Campus。 2010 PSB學院成為首批榮獲新加坡私立教育機構委員會頒發的 「4年Edutrust」 教育機構之一。同時榮獲此殊榮的，只有少數幾家私立院校。 2017 PSB學院發展成為新加坡最受認可的私立院校之一，就在這一年，由第三方的調查機構所做的調查顯示，我們學生的就業率高達89%。也是在這一年，我們搬遷至位於新加坡黃金地段的濱海灣廣場，整個校區占地9200多平方米。 2018 PSB學院新校區, STEM校區建成。STEM校區是PSB學院的「科技中心」 ，這裡集中了我們的生命科學學院、工程科技學院，我們致力於與新加坡政府一起，向亞洲培養並輸送「STEM」人才。 **選擇PSB學院的五大理由** PSB學院屢獲殊榮，得到眾多行業機構和認證機構的認可。2017年，我們學院被授予新加坡年度教育機構大獎。過去兩年，我們也連續被《新加坡商業評論》授予教育行業"國家商業獎"。當然，除此之外，PSB學院還斬獲了其他很多獎項： ![新加坡PSB學院](https://www.shicheng.news/images/image/1666/16669008.avif?1618896422) **2017年**，PSB學院榮獲「新加坡企業榮譽突出表現獎」，「新加坡年度教育機構」 以及「教育機構國家商業獎」;
