新加坡國立大學【人力資本管理與分析碩士】全球招生已啟動

全球經濟的快速變化與科技領域的飛躍發展給商業世界帶來了重大變化，市場對決定企業成長的優質人才也提出更多渴求。在人力資源(HR)領域，通過招聘、考核、激勵等傳統方式為企業用人決策貢獻重要價值，顯然已經無法滿足數字化時代的需求。

眾多新技術與新行業都在推動人力資本管理正在朝著數字化和採用人本視角的方向轉型，企業對HR的角色和職能的要求也隨之提高。當前，具有數據分析能力的HR專業人才，對各類企業來說更為稀缺。

為培養面向未來的中高級人力資源管理領域專業人才，新加坡國立大學商學院於2021年傾力推出【人力資本管理與分析碩士課程】(MSc in Human Capital Management and Analytics，簡稱HCMA)，課程著重培養和加強學生在人力資本管理與數據分析雙技能，為各類企業輸送引領數字化時代的高級HR人才。

Entry Requirements

申請要求

1 教育背景 Educational Background

擁有或即將獲得大學四年制本科學士學位。

A good undergraduate degree in any discipline. Applicants in the process of earning a degree and are about to graduate are welcome to apply.

2 英語要求 English Language Requirement

英語非母語或大學本科教育第一語言非英語的申請者，需提供托福或雅思成績。

托福分數：網考100分以上；雅思總分7.0以上

Good TOEFL or IELTS scores if English is not the mother tongue or medium of prior undergraduate instruction. The TOEFL score must be at least 100 for the internet-based test.For IELTS, the overall band score must be at least 7.0.

3 面試表現

入圍申請人在面試中表現優異。

A strong performance in the interview (conducted for shortlisted candidates only).

*註：人力資本管理與分析碩士項目對申請人的工作經驗無硬性要求。擁有兩年以上工作經驗的申請人，可以考慮申請新加坡國立大學商學院MBA項目。

We do not require you to have work experience for admission into the programme. Applicants with more than 2 years of work experience should also consider applying to our NUS MBA programme.

Orientation and Commencement of Classes

人力資本管理與分析碩士項目對GMAT或者GRE成績不做強制要求，但如能提交高分成績，有助於學術委員會作為評定參考。

7 托福/雅思成績

對於大學本科的教學語言非英語的申請人，語言成績要求：

托福-100分以上

雅思-總分7.0以上

8 申請費：100新元 (2021學年申請費免除)

Application fee: S$100.00 (waived for AY2021)

*對新加坡國立大學人力資本管理與分析碩士感興趣的申請人，可直接向新加坡國立大學商學院提交網絡申請，新加坡國立大學商學院不聘請任何外部機構代理招生。
