不少用戶昨天（14日）下午通報WhatsApp服務出現故障，Meta旗下的社媒平台Facebook和Instagram也有用戶通報無法使用。

網絡狀況監測站Downdetector.sg數據顯示，昨天下午2點32分左右開始有用戶通報WhatsApp服務出現故障，到了4點32分已有超過5800起反饋。

與此同時，超過1000起反饋指Facebook服務也有問題，Instagram則有超過600起反饋。

根據《8視界新聞網》觀察，桌面版WhatsApp無法使用，但是手機版仍可使用，Facebook也是相同情況。
