新加坡教育部（MOE）將於2022年，

在新加坡開設8所新的幼兒園，

作為到2023年將幼兒園，總數擴大到約50所的計劃的一部分。

這八所新幼兒園將位於：

義順的德賢小學（North View Primary School）；

三巴旺的勝寶旺小學（Sembawang Primary School）；

宏茂橋的靜山小學（Jing Shan Primary School）；

茂橋小學（Ang Mo Kio Primary School）；

淡濱尼的工商小學（Gongshang Primary School）；

俊源小學（Junyuan Primary School）；

位於淡濱尼北通道的新小學；

裕廊的裕廊西小學（Jurong West Primary School）。

其擴張計劃，將為家長提供更多選擇，以提供優質且，價格合理的學前教育場所。

所有八所教育部幼兒園，都將設在小學內，

這意味著到2022年，將有43個教育部幼兒園，

總共提供約5,800個教育部幼兒園學位。

這個數字包含了2021年開始運行的，36家教育部幼兒園，

以及2022年的8家新教育部幼兒園。

自2018年起，就讀於教育部幼兒園的孩子，

將能優先在小一報名2A（2）階段，

報讀同幼兒園設在同一區域的小學。

在第三階段中：孩子就讀於該校的教育部附屬幼兒園，可以優先入讀政府小一。
