# 新加坡人有八成願意在日常生活中行小善，但少部分願意做義工

[新加坡](https://www.sgcn.com/)人有八成願意在日常生活中行小善，但少部分願意做義工

新加坡全國志願服務與慈善中心展開的個人捐贈調查顯示，

近八成新加坡人會在日常生活中行小善，但只有三成願意定期做義工，

多數新加坡人也不把回饋社會當成生活重心之一。

這項2018年個人捐贈調查由新加坡全國志願服務與慈善中心（NVPC）展開，

每兩年進行一次，去年共有2100名15歲及以上的新加坡人參與了問卷調查。

調查首次探討捐款和做義工以外的行善行為，

並發現有79％新加坡人在過去12個月里會自發地在日常生活中行小善，

其中包括90％會讓路給他人、88％在公共運輸上讓座，還有81％為迷路的人指路等。

除了行小善，也有新加坡人開始注意購買的物品是否來自非盈利機構或社會企業（29％），

會倡導某個議題（17％），以及捐血或骨髓等（7％）。

此外，國人也仍會捐款（79％）、捐贈舊物品（63％）和做義工（29％）。

新加坡去年整體的志願服務參與率僅有29％，

但與2008年的17％相比，這10年來已有上升的趨勢。

此外，新加坡整體捐款率雖然從2008年的91％下降至去年的79％，

但每名捐款者平均捐出的款額增加超過一倍，

從2008年的300元增至去年的661元。

新加坡人列出他們的首要生活重心為家庭（58％）、健康（48％），以及過休閒的生活（26％）等。

調查也發現，雖然有九成新加坡人有意捐贈、七成新加坡人有意做義工，

但多數因實際考量而沒這麼做。

新加坡政府也鼓勵慈善組織的發展，不過執行嚴格的登記制度。
