之前有說過申請新加坡公民全攻略解析，在當時，也有提到，提交申請可以網上提交，也可以直接去ICA遞交。但是，從今年6月1日開始，政策已經有發生了變化！所有申請者必須先在網上預約，然後去ICA遞交材料，移民廳已經不再接受沒有預約的材料遞交。
先來看移民廳的官方通告：
Singapore Citizenship Applications can be submitted via the internet or by completing an application form and submitting it to ICA in-person.
Application forms sent by post will not be accepted. With effect from 1st June 2016, all applications must come with an appointment through the following means:
Submit online via e-SC (Electronic Singapore Citizenship Application). You will be asked to select an appointment date after submitting the s-SC application
Complete a Singapore Citizenship Application form and attach all the supporting documents, then make an appointment online via ICA’s Electronic Appointment Booking System from 1st June 2016 for a date to submit the application at ICA.
大家看明白了吧？申請還是有兩種途徑，一是網上申請，二是現場申請，但是不管哪種，去移民廳遞交材料，都要先預約。以下有兩種途徑進行預約
1.進入這個網址 https://esc.ica.gov.sg/esc/index.do，進入下圖頁面，填寫申請表格，然後預約時間去ICA遞交材料。
2.進入這個網址 https://eappointment.ica.gov.sg/ibook/index.do，進入下面這個圖案頁面直接預約時間，然後現場去ICA遞交材料和申請表格。
