2設立家族辦公室主體： 基金和基金管理公司 

Setting up family office according to the structure determined 

3稅務籌劃和相關文件審改 

Review of documents related to the implementation from tax perspective 

4法律文件, (主要包括基金協議和CMS許可豁免法律意見書） 

Legal documents

5稅務優惠資質13R/13X申請以及和金管局溝通

Prepare proposal and documents for 13R/13X and Liaise with MAS 

6協助準備在私人銀行開設營業帳戶的文件 

Assist in Preparing documents for Opening Business Account in Private Bank 

7申請基金經理身份（EP）

EP Application and liaise with MOM 

8為家人申請身份（DP） 

DP Application and liaise with MOM
