截至今年5月底，本地共有57間清潔公司因沒有遵守漸進式薪金模式，遭國家環境局罰款。另有52間清潔公司遭當局警告。

永續發展與環境部長傅海燕昨天（8月2日）在國會答覆議員文禮佳博士（惹蘭勿剎集選區）有關違反漸進式薪金模式的清潔公司的口頭詢問時說，從我國落實漸進式薪金模式到今年5月31日，共有57間清潔公司因沒有遵守相關條例遭當局罰款，另有52間清潔公司接獲警告信。

傅海燕說，這些清潔公司因沒有給予符合資格的清潔工人花紅或調高薪資等，而遭到當局罰款或警告。

傅海燕也說，在環境服務業轉型藍圖下，清潔行業通過採納科技、為員工提供培訓以提高技能等方式，建立專業、人力精簡的清潔行業勞動力。
