# 新加坡法律規定：員工辭職回國，僱主需全額報銷機票費用

華輿訊 據新加坡眼報道，最近，許多人都因為疫情、家庭等原因，計劃從新加坡辭職，飛回中國。不少網友都在《新加坡眼》App上發帖求助：

為解決大家的疑慮，《新加坡眼》搜集了各種官方信息，匯總成一份《工作準證持有者辭職離開新加坡》須知，供大家參考。

**辭職須知**

根據新加坡人力部規定，任何在新加坡的工作人士都可以在合約期間提出辭職。只要根據合約規定，告知僱主離職的時間即可。

若僱主拒絕了員工的辭呈，那麼就是犯了僱傭法中的條款。

如果確定要辭職，那麼就必須書寫一封辭職信交給公司/僱主，並留下副本備用。

辭職信中要提到信息如下：

1. 辭職的具體日期（幾月幾日）

2. 所需的通知期限（依照僱傭合約上的協定）

3. 工作的最後一天

如果僱傭合約沒有註明通知時間，或沒有口頭上的協定，就需以僱傭令為依據：

以下為辭職信模板，僅供參考：

Dear（insert name here），親愛的（僱主名字），

Please accept this letter as my formal notice of resignation as a (Insert position here) effectively from (date). Kindly do note that my last day at work shall be on (date).

這是我的正式離職通知。我將從xxxx年x月x日正式辭去xx職位。我工作的最後一天為（xxxx年x月x日）。

Leaving this position was a difficult decision, as I had worked here since (insert year/month). However, my circumstances have determined that it was necessary for me to move on. This job has offered me the opportunity to grow in (insert work-related skills, field, or interests). I believe my time here would provide me valuable insights towards my future development. My experience here would be one that I could not forget.

雖然我已經在x公司工作了x年x月，但因為一些個人原因，我不得不做出離職的決定。這份工作讓我在xx方面得到了成長，也讓我收穫了無數的寶貴經驗。

I would do my best to be available and ensure a smooth transition for my successor (if any). My number is available if there is a need to reach my cellphone. I do appreciate my time here and I hope the feeling is mutual.

我會盡我所能地完成工作上的交接。如果未來有任何需要，您可以直接通過手機聯繫我。非常感恩這段期間能在貴公司就職，希望公司未來越來越好。

**僱主需要承擔的費用**

根據人力部的規定所示，不論是哪種工作準證（WP、EP、SP），僱主都需支付員工回國的機票費用。

另外，要注意的是，僱主必須要在員工的工作準證被取消前，購買員工的回國機票。僱主也不能因為覺得機票太貴而拒絕支付，或是延遲員工的回國日期。

僱主必須承擔的費用還有：

1. 員工PCR核酸檢測費用

2. 員工血清IgM抗體檢測費用

以上費用均需要在檢測的診所內付清。

另外，根據中國駐新加坡大使館規定，核酸和血清的檢測應當在不同的檢測機構交叉進行，並且，其中一次必須在萊佛士（Raffles）醫療集團診所或百匯（parkway）醫療集團合作診所進行檢測。（原標題：重要須知！疫情期間，新加坡工作證件持有者要如何回中國？）
