雅思考試的分類

雅思考試可分為學術類和培訓類：

學術類academic（A類）：適用於出國留學申請本科，研究生及以上學位，或獲得專業資質。

培訓類general training（G類）：英語國家移民申請(如澳大利亞，加拿大，紐西蘭及英國)或申請培訓及非文憑類課程。

**聽力**

聽力部分40分鐘（其中10分鐘是答題）

聽取四段錄音，這些錄音包括一些獨白及對話，錄音只能聽一遍，但會留給考生一些時間閱讀問題並記錄答案。

**閱讀**

閱讀部分60分鐘，共三篇文章，文章從書本、雜誌、期刊及報紙上選取，不需讀者具備專業知識。

**寫作**

寫作部分60分鐘，包括兩篇作文，Task 1和Task 2。

第一部分：要求考生根據給出的表格或圖表，寫一篇大約150字的文章，考查考生描述及分析數據的能力。

第二部分：要求考生針對某個問題或觀點寫一篇大約250字的短文，並要求考生能夠使用恰當語氣及語域（包括詞彙、語法等）討論問題，並展開論證。

**口語**

口語部分11-14分鐘一對一與考官談話，對談主題非常口語化、生活化，輕鬆但也有一定程序，對談大致上分三小段（不是明顯的區分，中間並無間斷）；

第一段：會面，寒暄一番，主考官會鼓勵（引導考生）多談談一般話題（生活作息上、文化習慣上、個人興趣等等），考生應勇敢發言（約4-5分鐘）。

第二段：主考官抽出一張題卡，卡上寫明某話題，考生有一分鐘準備時間，之後須根據要求對該話題進行2分鐘個人觀點闡述（約3-4分鐘，包括1分鐘準備時間）。

第三段：考官就第二部分所提及的話題與考生進行更深入的雙向討論，或者考官就其他話題與考生進行雙向討論。此階段討論內容靈活各異，視情況而定（約4-5分鐘）。

**新加坡考雅思的優勢**

新加坡考位多，考生少，報名容易，無需等待。新加坡屬於大英國協國家，多數人是不需要參加雅思考試的，所以考位沒那麼緊張，基本上都能順利報上名。

相對於中國大陸地區，更容易取得高分，不存在所謂的口語「壓分」現象。口語「壓分」現象，已不是什麼秘密了，據很多「烤鴨」們反映，國外考雅思取得的口語成績，比在國內高個0.5-1分毫無壓力。

常見Q&A

**1、IDP雅思和BC雅思有什麼區別嗎？**

在新加坡地區參加考試，IDP和BC的試題是一模一樣的。

不同點：1）IDP雅思的口語和筆試是在同一個考場，並且筆試和口語是同一天完成的;BC的筆試和口語不一定在同一個考場，考試安排也不在同一天。2）聽力部分BC用公放，IDP用耳機，顯然用耳機可以減少受干擾。我校是IDP雅思考點！

**2、新加坡考試真的分數會比較高嗎？**

據很多中國的「烤鴨」小夥伴表示，中國地區在口語上存在所謂的「壓分」現象，所以越來越多的「烤鴨」們選擇來到國外參加考試，但是小編認為，地域標準歸地域標準，還是要努力將自己的水平提高喔！

**3、可以幫我們報名雅思考試嗎？**

可以，無論是否我校學生，在我校參加雅思考試，我們都能幫忙報名雅思考試。

**4、我從來沒有參加過雅思考試，不知道考試須知怎麼辦？**

不要擔心，只要是我們的學生，在考試前，我們可以邀請IDP雅思的工作人員前來進行考前指導。

**5、學術類（A類）和移民類（G類）的雅思考試有什麼區別呢？**

A類和G類的聽力和口語使用相同的試題，閱讀和寫作使用不同試題。有少部分考生不清楚自己應該考雅思A類還是考雅思G類。簡單的說，如果出國留學那麼考A類，如果移民則考G類。A類更偏重學術，G類更偏重生活。所以可以這樣說，為了移民資格或去國外工作而參加的雅思考試，為雅思G類。

雅思兩種類型的考試成績在使用時不能互換，也就是說，以移民為目的的考生必須參加普通培訓類的考試，而以留學為目的的考生必須提供學術類的雅思成績。所以，考過雅思A類的同學們，如果之後要移民，還是需要參加G類考試的。

雅思閱讀考試A類文章主要來源於諸如雜誌、期刊、書籍和報紙等途徑，與考生未來在大學課程中將閱讀到的文章極為相似。G類雅思的閱讀文章以英語國家日常生活素材為基礎。考試的文章將從報紙、廣告、說明書及書籍中摘取，考察考生對信息的理解及運用的能力，試題包括一篇較長的描述性、而非論證性的文章。

寫作方面，大作文差不多。G類小作文是書信，詢問信息或解釋一種情況，A類小作文是圖表。
