(a) 新加坡有多少家族辦公室？

黃循財（副總理，代表總理）答：
截至2023年12月31日，新加坡約有1,400家單一家族辦公室（Single Family Offices，SFOs），且都已獲得了稅收激勵。他們的員工大部分是本地人。外籍員工來自不同國家，其中大多數來自亞洲。略多於一半的員工是男性，略少於一半是女性。就年齡構成而言，約有10%的人低於30歲，約有35%的人介於30至40歲之間，約有55%的人超過40歲。大多數家族辦公室員工人數少於20名，少數家族辦公室員工人數在20名或以上。
除了66306之外，單一家族辦公室（SFOs）還將自己歸類於其他新加坡標準產業分類（SSIC）代碼下，例如，與基金管理活動相關的663標準產業分類中的其他代碼，如66301傳統/長期資產/投資組合管理；以及與管理諮詢活動相關的702標準產業類別。

OWNER, EMPLOYMENT AND INVESTMENT PROFILE OF FAMILY OFFICES IN SINGAPORE
1 Mr Patrick Tay Teck Guan asked the Prime Minister as of 31 December 2023 (a) what is the number of family offices in Singapore; (b) what is the breakdown in these family offices by (i) nationality (ii) gender and (iii) age; and (c) what is its breakdown in terms of employment of (i) less than 20 employees (ii) 21-50 employees (iii) 51-99 employees and (iv) more than 100 employees; and (d) whether there is any family office classification based on asset and investment type that is outside of the Singapore Standard Industry Classification code 66306.
Mr Lawrence Wong (for the Prime Minister): As of 31 December 2023, there were around 1,400 Single Family Offices (SFOs) that have been awarded tax incentives. The majority of their workforce comprise of locals. The foreign workforce comes from a range of countries, with most from Asia. Slightly more than half of the employees are males and slightly less than half are females. In terms of age profile, about 10% are below the age of 30, about 35% are between 30 and 40 years old and about 55% are above 40 years of age. Most have fewer than 20 employees and a small number have 20 or more employees.
Besides 66306, SFOs have classified themselves under other Singapore Standard Industry Classification (SSIC) codes, such as the other codes in the 663 SSIC family, relating to fund management activities – for example, 66301 Traditional/Long-only asset/Portfolio management; and the 702 SSIC family, relating to management consultancy activities.
