#  新加坡經濟創十年最低增速，主要是製造業拖後腿

[新加坡](https://www.sgcn.com/)經濟創十年最低增速，主要是製造業拖後腿

新加坡本季度經濟增長（GDP）0.1%，不僅遠遠低於市場1.1%的增長預期，

還創下十年來最差的經濟增長速度。

隨後，新加坡貿易部還表示，按季度、季節因素調整後和年率計算，

今年第二季度新加坡GDP較第一季度萎縮了3.4%。

回溯到2009年第二季度，當時經濟增長率萎縮到1.2%。

總而言之，新加坡二季度的經濟數據是災難性和崩潰性的，

比最壞的市場預測還要壞。拖累經濟增長的主要因素是製造業。

不過，新加坡沒有足夠強大的武力和廣闊的內需市場，

就坐收金融中心的巨額利潤和快錢，本身就是類似於走鋼絲的冒險行為。

只不過走的時間長了，也就忽視了風險。

當世界最大的兩個經濟體上半年的貿易總額下降9%之後，

呈現某種類似於「大河無水小河干」的效應，對新加坡而言是個嚴重衝擊。

現在新加坡只能寄希望於信息通訊業、建築業和服務業的景氣能夠撐住，

在第三季度能夠扭轉頹勢，避免技術性衰退的風險加劇。

然而，雖然新加坡經濟增長呈現疲態，卻絲毫無法阻擋中國買家對其房地產的投資熱情。

在海外買家需求的推動下，今年第二季度，新加坡私人住宅價格意外上漲至五年來的最高點。

來新加坡置業的外國人中，印尼和馬來西亞人占總比例的50%但是近年來，中國買家已成為新加坡優質住宅房地產市場的潛在主導者，

據不完全統計，中國人在新加坡購房的比例約占總數的30%。

在新加坡房地產商眼中，中國買家的到來撐起了新的"避風港"。
