選擇性組屋重建計劃(SERS)由新加坡政府於1995年推出

如果組屋入選該計劃

那麼政府就會按當時的市價買回

然後在同一地區新建組屋

被選入SERS計劃的屋主

又有新房，又能從賠償和搬遷的配套中受惠

但是入選SERS的機率極低

從1995年起，只有4%的組屋獲選加入

所以這13間入選SERS計劃還賣超過百萬的屋主
