**個人履歷**

他曾在瑞士、澳大利亞、美國多家機構工作，歷任蘇黎世聯邦理工學院教授、阿德萊德大學講席教授等職，還曾擔任新加坡第14屆國會官委議員

學術上，他獲新加坡國立大學生物科學學士（一等榮譽）、碩士學位，以及普林斯頓大學生態學與進化生物學博士學位

2020年，受新加坡國家研究基金會「新加坡歸國科學家計劃」資助，回到新加坡國立大學任職

**科研成果及榮譽**

許連斌教授聚焦保護科學、基於自然的氣候解決方案等，深耕發展中熱帶地區環境問題研究，產出多項具有政策相關性的科研成果，是**亞洲被引用次數最高的保護科學家之一**。

他創辦ConservationDrones.org，是TED全球演講者、世界經濟論壇全球青年領袖，發表多篇高影響力論文，獲多項國際學術榮譽。
