**Job Description**

**協助組織、實施商學院在華市場推廣活動， 通過各種形式的市場活動與企業和個人建立良好的關係；**

Implement effective integrated marketing initiatives and events to enhance NUS Business School programmes in Greater China;develop and build up solid relationships with senior management of Chinese businesses;

****支持學院中文EMBA項目的招生工作，有針對性地對申請人進行溝通和跟進，完成招生目標；****

Work closely with Graduate Studies Office to promote NUS EMBA-Chinese programme marketing and admissions, meet the annual target;



**負責完善負責區域的校友網絡（CRM），加強與校友之間的聯繫，密切配合區域校友會工作，並提出優化建議；** 

Improve, optimise China Alumni Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that supports the various activities of NUS Chinese Alumni Network; 

**協助策劃和執行商學院在華活動，完成會務組織和現場工作。**

Strengthen alumni engagement in Greater China through supporting the School's events, needs and wants of the regional alumni associates. 

**申請要求**

**Requirements**

**大學本科及以上學歷，管理或市場營銷專業優先考慮；**

Degree holder and above, bachelor in management or marketing is preferred; 

**三年以上銷售、市場開發、客戶關係管理、活動策劃實施等相關工作經驗；**

Minimum 3 years relevant experience including business development, sales, customer relationship, with practical experience in event planning & execution;

**熟悉新媒體文體，有較好的寫作能力;**

Good writing skill, experience in new media operations would be preferred;

**具有專注、樂觀向上的精神，願意接受高挑戰的工作目標與任務；**

Professional, self-motivated, strong drive for achievement; 

**具備良好的團隊合作精神及組織協調能力，以及良好工作責任感和執行力；**

Able to work well in a team, strong organisational skills, responsible and ablity to execute project. 

**能適應國內出差，彈性加班以及周末工作。**

Ability to travel mostly locally, ad-hoc work in the evening/weekend as needed.

Maintain daily office operations;

**建立和維護供應商系統；** 

Build up and maintain vendor relationships;

**建立和維護企業數據；**

Maintain office's database, be good at internet searching;

Be a good team player, support team on marketing logistics.
