在兩輛本地註冊的汽車內搜出331條，以及1730盒漏稅煙。三名新加坡人被捕。

這兩名新加坡司機和一名女乘客也被移民局請去喝茶了！！

在新加坡走私漏稅煙是嚴重的違法行為。違例者被判的罰款，可達逃稅金額的40倍，或判監禁最長六年，或兩者兼施。而買一包漏稅香菸，最高可罰500新幣。
