# 不拿工作準證，外國人也能在新加坡工作

在新加坡，除了手持EP、SP、WP，你知道持LTVP也可以工作嗎？

不過前提是要申請MOM發的LOC (letter-of-consent) / PLOC（Pre-approved Letter of Consent）。

一般來說，持LTVP/LTVP+准證，符合以下兩種情況便可申請：

持LTVP/LTVP+准證的新加坡公民/PR的配偶

持LTVP/LTVP+准證的新加坡公民/PR未婚且小於21歲的子女，

（由Employment Pass/EntrePass/Personalised Employment Pass 持有者申請的Dependant’s Pass也有LOC/PLOC的申請資格）。

**LOC 和 PLOC的區別**

僱主需要在網站申請LOC（https://www.mom.gov.sg/passes-and-permits/letter-of-consent）；

PLOC則是在向ICA申請/更新LTVP/LTVP+的同時，提出申請需求。ICA會協調MOM發送PLOC的E-mail。

拿到offer後，申請LOC一般需要等待一周左右批准，批准期間內不允許工作；但PLOC持有者，一般只需要僱主在網上填寫相關資料後，就能立即得到一封E-notification，開始工作。

但其他LTVP的持有者如果也想在新加坡工作的話，一般需要另外申請別的准證。

注意：

1.申請LOC時，剩下的准證有效期不少於3個月；

2.僱主申請時所註明期限、LTVP/LTVP+/DP准證期限，都會影響LOC持有期限；

3.從所申請公司離職時，LOC失效；
