新加坡NATIVE快闪酒吧将于9月亮相丽嘉阁

Native 是一家创立于新加坡的屡获殊荣鸡尾酒吧,由 Vijay Mudaliar 创立。这家酒吧以对当地和区域产生的尊重,以及与当地的匠人合作,打造独特的鸡尾酒体验。Native 在世界50佳酒吧中排名不断提升,2018年曾夺得Highest Climber Award。9月3-7日在上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店 丽嘉阁,Native 将 선보이는 两位调酒师的环保特色鸡尾酒,每杯鸡尾酒从108元起,为本地的鸡尾酒爱好者带来全新的味蕾享受。

Sustainability influences everything at Native. The team uses homemade vinegars, yoghurt whey or ants for acidity, but shuns lemons and limes to avoid a pile of shells at closing. Napkins are linen, coasters are reusable lotus leaves and straws are lotus stems from florist.

Native 酒吧致力于推动自然资源可持续的合理利用,尊重并使用区域性产品、原料和自制材料来制作特色鸡尾酒。酒吧调酒师使用自制的醋、酸奶乳清或蚁酸来代替柠檬和青柠调制酸味,从而避免产生大量果壳。他们的餐巾是亚麻布制成,杯垫使用的是可重复使用的荷叶以及吸管是花农运送而来的荷花茎。
