新加坡NATIVE快閃酒吧將於9月亮相麗嘉閣

Native 是一家創立於新加坡的屢獲殊榮雞尾酒吧,由 Vijay Mudaliar 創立。這家酒吧以對當地和區域產生的尊重,以及與當地的匠人合作,打造獨特的雞尾酒體驗。Native 在世界50佳酒吧中排名不斷提升,2018年曾奪得Highest Climber Award。9月3-7日在上海波特曼麗思卡爾頓酒店 麗嘉閣,Native 將 선보이는 兩位調酒師的環保特色雞尾酒,每杯雞尾酒從108元起,為本地的雞尾酒愛好者帶來全新的味蕾享受。

Sustainability influences everything at Native. The team uses homemade vinegars, yoghurt whey or ants for acidity, but shuns lemons and limes to avoid a pile of shells at closing. Napkins are linen, coasters are reusable lotus leaves and straws are lotus stems from florist.

Native 酒吧致力於推動自然資源可持續的合理利用,尊重並使用區域性產品、原料和自製材料來製作特色雞尾酒。酒吧調酒師使用自製的醋、酸奶乳清或蟻酸來代替檸檬和青檸調製酸味,從而避免產生大量果殼。他們的餐巾是亞麻布製成,杯墊使用的是可重複使用的荷葉以及吸管是花農運送而來的荷花莖。
