01.｜ 项 目 概 览 ｜PROJECT IS AT
项目位于东海岸的加东老街，这里一直是新加坡最“卷”的咖啡圣地之一。早期的加东，居住了许多富有的土生华人家族。今天，这里还保留不少富有娘惹建筑特色的店屋和民宅。如果说下一个爆火Cafe出道位预定，那我赌是这家名为USD的反转主题咖啡店。
The project is located on the east coast of Katonglao Street, which has always been one of the most “Rolled”coffee destinations in Singapore. In the early days of Katong, there lived many wealthy Peranakan families. Today, there are still many rich architectural features of the women’s shops and houses. If the next hot Cafe debuts are booked, my money is on a coffee shop with a twist called USD.
02.｜ 设计理念｜DESIGN CONCEPT
店主是一对热爱艺术的文青夫妇，Cafe对面的画廊也是他们经营的。聊到最初的设计理念时，店主说有参考电影《盗梦空间》中映射的概念，梦里的一切都是倒翻的。
经朋友推荐委托KIM DESIGN锦壹设计公司完成咖啡馆的设计，锦壹设计将先进数字色彩设计与视觉心理学导入设计制作中。
在疫情己经蔓延了整整两年后，所有人都觉得这个世界愈发的荒诞，个人命运在大时代的洪流中愈发难以看清，让我们一起用咖啡抵抗现实，反转人生。

03.｜ 换个角度看世界｜LOOK AT THE WORLD
店内全部的摆设都是倒转过来的，打开广角镜头，能拍很多蜘蛛侠一样倒挂的打卡照呢！
Store all the furnishings are inverted, Open Wide Lens, can take a lot of spider-man hanging upside down like the punch card photo!
04.｜ 颠倒众生｜TURN THE WORLD UPSIDE DOWN
像著名的马六甲颠倒屋一样，新加坡USD Cafe将把你的世界颠倒过来。它家的家具都是朝上的，就连咖啡厅的入口也被设计成倒置的，门、窗、logo，甚至 TraceTogether 二维码都是倒著的。
Like the famous upside down House of Malacca, Singapore’s USD Cafe will turn your world upside down. The furniture is upside down, even the entrance to the cafe is designed upside down, with doors, windows, logos, and even the TraceTogether Qr code all upside down.

05.｜ 与你相约｜MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WETH YOU
走进店里，确实是一种令人迷惑的体验，你会看到画作、桌椅，以及整个酒吧柜台“倒挂”。它的原理是将这些装置固定在天花板上，在拍摄照片后将照片旋转180度，以创造出反重力的照片错觉。当然，店里也有桌椅供顾客舒适地坐着用餐。
Walking into the store is a truly confusing experience, with paintings, tables and chairs, and the entire bar counter “Hanging upside down.”. The idea is to attach these devices to the ceiling and rotate them 180 degrees after taking a picture to create an anti-gravity photo illusion. Of course, there are tables and chairs where customers can sit comfortably.
