【留学资讯】关于新加坡私立教育机构认证范围的公告
为向更多新加坡留学人员提供认证服务，我中心在面向新加坡公立大学和理工学院提供认证服务的同时，也一直致力于将在有一定质量保障的新加坡私立教育机构学习获颁的文凭证书纳入认证范围。随着新加坡政府对其私立教育机构立法和质量保障机制的不断完善，目前在以下几类私立教育机构学习获颁的文凭证书已纳入我中心认证范围：
一、私立大学
SIM University
（后更名为 Singapore University of Social Sciences,且现已转为公立大学）
二、获新加坡政府津贴的私立教育机构
1. Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts
2. LASALLE College of the Arts
三、依据2013年新加坡《私立教育法案豁免条例》豁免审查的外国大学分校
1. DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore.
2. EDHEC Risk Institute – Asia.
3. ESSEC.
4. German Institute of Science and Technology – TUM Asia.
5. INSEAD.
6. S P Jain School of Global Management.
7. The University of Chicago Booth School of Business
8. Sorbonne-Assas International Law School – Asia.
9. New York University Tisch Asia School of the Arts（截止日期：2016年10月3日）
10. University of Nevada，Las Vegas（截止日期：2017年7月11日）
四、在新加坡私立教育理事会（CPE）注册，并获得信托之星（Edustar）的私立教育机构
James Cook University, Singapore Campus（证书颁发时间为2010年7月之后）
五、 经与有关部门沟通，部分在新加坡私立教育理事会（CPE）注册，并获得4年期信托认证（Edutrust）的私立教育机构也将逐步被纳入认证范围
由于新加坡此类私立教育机构数量较多，颁发第三国文凭证书的情况较为复杂，为保护留学人员利益，我中心在与颁证机构建立沟通，充分了解其在新加坡的办学及合作情况，并建立有效核查渠道后，已将下列符合条件的文凭证书纳入认证范围（持续更新）：

请广大新加坡留学人员注意，我中心将依据相关教育机构获得新加坡私立教育理事会4年期信托认证的时间为限，仅为在此后获颁文凭证书的申请者提供认证服务，并依据《国（境）外学历学位认证评估办法》，对相应文凭证书进行个案评估后出具认证结果。
尚未纳入认证范围的文凭证书的获得者请暂时不要提交认证申请，可密切关注本通告中对新加坡私立教育机构认证范围的持续更新，或转告颁证机构或新加坡私立教育机构通过认证咨询信箱（[email protected]）与我中心取得联系。

新加坡大学主要的是分为新加坡政府大学和新加坡私立大学，新加坡政府大学都是受到中国认证的，但是私立大学的学生，需要一定的明确规划，才能够获得中国认证，所以，其实新加坡大学中国认证的问题，并不是“非黑即白”的，为您介绍新加坡大学中国认证名单以及大学的基本情况。
新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学、新加坡管理大学、新加坡科技设计大学、新加坡理工学院、南洋理工学院、淡马锡理工学院、义安理工学院、共和理工学院。许多学生会误会，新加坡除了这几所中国认证的大学，其他的学院都是不能就读的吗?其实并不是这样，因为目前只有中国教育部存在学历认证的问题. 学历认证并不会影响学生就业。在中国, 如果参加公务员考试或者事业单位的同学, 才需要考虑到学历认证问题。
