【留學資訊】關於新加坡私立教育機構認證範圍的公告
為向更多新加坡留學人員提供認證服務，我中心在面向新加坡公立大學和理工學院提供認證服務的同時，也一直致力於將在有一定質量保障的新加坡私立教育機構學習獲頒的文憑證書納入認證範圍。隨著新加坡政府對其私立教育機構立法和質量保障機制的不斷完善，目前在以下幾類私立教育機構學習獲頒的文憑證書已納入我中心認證範圍：
一、私立大學
SIM University
（後更名為 Singapore University of Social Sciences,且現已轉為公立大學）
二、獲新加坡政府津貼的私立教育機構
1. Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts
2. LASALLE College of the Arts
三、依據2013年新加坡《私立教育法案豁免條例》豁免審查的外國大學分校
1. DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore.
2. EDHEC Risk Institute – Asia.
3. ESSEC.
4. German Institute of Science and Technology – TUM Asia.
5. INSEAD.
6. S P Jain School of Global Management.
7. The University of Chicago Booth School of Business
8. Sorbonne-Assas International Law School – Asia.
9. New York University Tisch Asia School of the Arts（截止日期：2016年10月3日）
10. University of Nevada，Las Vegas（截止日期：2017年7月11日）
四、在新加坡私立教育理事會（CPE）註冊，並獲得信託之星（Edustar）的私立教育機構
James Cook University, Singapore Campus（證書頒發時間為2010年7月之後）
五、 經與有關部門溝通，部分在新加坡私立教育理事會（CPE）註冊，並獲得4年期信託認證（Edutrust）的私立教育機構也將逐步被納入認證範圍
由於新加坡此類私立教育機構數量較多，頒發第三國文憑證書的情況較為複雜，為保護留學人員利益，我中心在與頒證機構建立溝通，充分了解其在新加坡的辦學及合作情況，並建立有效核查渠道後，已將下列符合條件的文憑證書納入認證範圍（持續更新）：

請廣大新加坡留學人員注意，我中心將依據相關教育機構獲得新加坡私立教育理事會4年期信託認證的時間為限，僅為在此後獲頒文憑證書的申請者提供認證服務，並依據《國（境）外學歷學位認證評估辦法》，對相應文憑證書進行個案評估後出具認證結果。
尚未納入認證範圍的文憑證書的獲得者請暫時不要提交認證申請，可密切關注本通告中對新加坡私立教育機構認證範圍的持續更新，或轉告頒證機構或新加坡私立教育機構通過認證諮詢信箱（[email protected]）與我中心取得聯繫。

新加坡大學中國認證名單
新加坡大學主要的是分為新加坡政府大學和新加坡私立大學，新加坡政府大學都是受到中國認證的，但是私立大學的學生，需要一定的明確規劃，才能夠獲得中國認證，所以，其實新加坡大學中國認證的問題，並不是「非黑即白」的，為您介紹新加坡大學中國認證名單以及大學的基本情況。
新加坡國立大學、南洋理工大學、新加坡管理大學、新加坡科技設計大學、新加坡理工學院、南洋理工學院、淡馬錫理工學院、義安理工學院、共和理工學院。許多學生會誤會，新加坡除了這幾所中國認證的大學，其他的學院都是不能就讀的嗎?其實並不是這樣，因為目前只有中國教育部存在學歷認證的問題. 學歷認證並不會影響學生就業。在中國, 如果參加公務員考試或者事業單位的同學, 才需要考慮到學歷認證問題。
