黃金輝遺產基金本科獎學金是由黃金輝遺產基金捐款創立。此獎學金僅用於在南洋理工大學就讀傳播學學士學位的學生。
申請資格：
面向新加坡公民和新加坡永久居民開放。
獲獎者須就讀南大全日制本科的傳播學課程。
擁有新加坡劍橋GCE'A'水準成績，新加坡理工學院文憑，國大高中文憑或IB文憑。
有良好的課外活動記錄。
有強大的領導素質和潛力。
獎學金待遇：
獲獎者保持良好的學習成績和行為規範下，獎學金涵蓋正常的課程期限。
全額支付補貼學費（教育部助學金後）。
每學年6,000新元生活津貼。
獎學金對新加坡永久居民都沒有綁定服務協議，獲獎者只有教育部助學金綁定的三年服務條約。
獎學金條款：
未經大學批准，獎學金持有人不得同時持有其他獎學金，助學金或大學貸款。
獎學金持有人須最低保持累積平均成績CGPA 3.5到5.0。學術表現將每學期審查一次。
如果大學認為獎學金持有人的發展或行為不合格，獎學金可隨時撤回。
如果獎學金持有人決定提前終止獎學金，償還將被強制執行。
入學申請的時間相同。 獎學金是根據入圍的候選人之間的競爭而頒發的，申請人必須在提交獎學金申請之前提交入學申請。
遴選面試：
獎學金選拔面試將於3月至5月之間進行。
面試入圍者會在5月中旬收到電子郵件通知。
未入圍的申請人將在5月收到電子郵件通知。
