認真審題
考生切忌信手拈來，提筆就寫，根本不審題，想到哪兒就寫到哪兒，置考試要求於不顧，作文第一步是仔細審題，考生要仔細閱讀試題要求及相關信息，如文字，圖畫等，準確把握出題者意圖。
列出提綱，慎重落筆
雖說考試時間有限，但是切忌匆忙落筆開始胡寫亂謅。
你可以先花一點時間列個提綱，對原始材料分析歸納後要形成一個基本的框架。
文章打算分幾段寫，每段大概怎樣寫，自數控制在多少，開頭段落是道破主題，點名要旨，引人入勝還是先給出主題一般的背景情況和對主題進行濃縮的陳述呢，中間段落和結尾有怎樣寫呢。這些都要心中有數。
列好提綱開始落筆寫作的過程中，要注意如下兩點：

突出重點，注重邏輯
考生在選擇材料時應注重選擇那些最能體現中心思想、最具代表性的材料，這些材料要共同表達一致的信息。
選材時切忌鬍子眉毛一把抓。詞語堆積，不倫不類。前後及段落之間在邏輯關係上要緊密銜接，不能把沒有任何邏輯關係的詞放在一起。可以用恰當的關聯詞把思想連貫的表達出來。

用詞準確，語法正確
考試時要特別注意語法，此語，語氣，標點符號等。
為了避免太多單詞拼寫錯誤，語法錯誤，不要為了追求詞語的華麗而堆積一些自己也沒把握的單詞，不要刻意追求長句而寫一些自己不知對錯的有多個從句組成的長句。
考試時最好選擇自己最有把握的詞彙，短語，句式。
