出发地点：克兰芝地铁站 (NS7) C出口

Starting point: Kranji MRT (NS7) Exit C

结束地点：克兰芝地铁站 (NS7)

Ending point: Kranji MRT (NS7)

徒步路线:

从克兰芝地铁站出发，我们将步行至附近的巴士站，乘坐925M巴士约20分钟，到达湿地保护区的入口。之后，我们将首先沿着"布洛潮汐池塘"走，然后沿着"沿海步道"走，然后在游客中心结束徒步。

Hike route:

Starting from Kranji MR Station, we will walk to the bus stop nearby to take a bus 925M for about 20 minutes to reach the entrance to the wetland reserve. After that, we will first walk round the Buloh tidal ponds, and then along the coastal trail, before ending the walk at the Visitor Centre.

距离：8公里 Distance: 8 km

徒步时间：3个小时 Walking Time: 3 hours

难度：中等 Difficulty Level: Moderate

适合人群：12-60岁 Suitable for people aged 12 to 60

领队寄语：

这个湿地保护区是候鸟在继续长途旅行之前停下来的地方。您不仅可以看到许多不同的鸟类，而且可以看到其他动物和爬行动物，当然还可以看到具有专业装备的摄影爱好者。但是，请低声说话，以免干扰鸟类，动物，爬行动物或人类。

Leader's message:

This wetland reserve is where migratory birds make a stop before continuing their long journey. You can see not only lots of different birds, but also other animals & reptiles, and of course photo enthusiasts with their professional gears. Keep noise level low though, in order not to disturb them - birds, animals, reptiles or humans.

温馨提醒：

1. 自备所需的饮用水，干粮，雨具，照明及防蚊喷雾剂等。

2. 行进途中请注意安全，紧跟队伍不要擅自离队；请听从领队和护尾的指挥，以免发生意外；队友之间请团结友爱，互相照应。

3. 已有夜徒灯的朋友请务必携带.

4. 到达徒步现场必须主动找领队签到，否则领队没有点到名，将视为缺席此次活动。

5. 替别人或给多人报名者，也需要按照报名表格要求写清楚所有参加者的信息，以方便后台统计。

6.参加徒步活动的人员：如果你已经在徒步平台填报了基本信息资料的，你从开始徒步到徒步结束前这段活动时间，保险已经由跟徒步平台合作的某单位为你购买了意外保险。请大家放心安心参加徒步活动即可。请参加活动人员根据连结要求认真填写资料

Gentle Reminders:

1. Bring along drinking water, snacks, an umbrella or a raincoat, and mosquito repellent if necessary.

2. If you have the night walking light issued by Singapore Hiking, bring that along too, for an evening hike.

3. Upon arrival, report to the leader / his assistant to mark attendance.

4. During the hike, listen to the leader's instructions, stay safe, walk with the team, and keep a lookout for each other.

5. When signing up for a hike, please fill in all the basic info required in the registration form. This is to allow the admin to compile data in the future.

6. Participants who have filled in all the basic info required when signing up for a hike will be insured for accident during the hike. The insurance coverage is purchased by a partner organisation. You can join the hike with peace of mind! Once again, please fill in all the info required. Thank you!
