1905：海峽殖民地與馬來聯邦政府醫學院成立。
1913：該校更名為愛德華七世醫學院，成為新加坡第一所高等教育機構。
1921：醫學院的地位提升，正式更名為愛德華七世國王醫學院。

1928：萊佛士學院旨在提供文理科高等教育。
