銷售發票是一種用來表明已銷售商品的規格、數量、價格、銷售金額、運費和保險費、開票日期、付款條件等內容的憑證。

Sales invoice is a document used to proof goods sold or service provided.Usually, sales invoice with following information: goods sold, model no,quantity. price, total amount, company name, company address, company registration no, payment method, payment term and other terms & conditions.

公司應有自己的銷售單據編排方式,每一筆銷售在收款時應及時記錄買方支付的對應票據編號及支付的比例。若一家客戶,在一筆的支付中包含了幾張發票,那麼,公司應有相應準確記錄。
