The Schools within the College of Science run the only direct honours degree programmes in the physical, mathematical and life sciences in Singapore. The Asian School of the Environment, offering the unique BSc degree in Environmental Earth Systems Science, is a new interdisciplinary school that will be a world leader in environmental research focused on Asian environmental challenges. The School of Biological Sciences runs an innovative 「East meets West」 double degree programme in Biomedical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine with the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in China. The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences』 novel interdisciplinary courses include the BSc in Mathematics and Economics, a combined degree programme aimed at students with a strong quantitative aptitude and keen interest in economics.

人文、藝術與社會科學學院旗下有亞洲頂級的新聞與傳媒學院，一個成長迅速的領域優秀的人文與社會科學學院，以及新加坡第一個提供藝術、設計和交互式數字傳媒學位課程的職業藝術學院。

科學學院
科學學院內部的各個學院開設有新加坡物理、數學和生命科學領域僅有的直接榮譽學位課程。亞洲環境學院是一個新成立的跨學科學院，提供獨特的環境地區系統科學領域理學士學位。亞洲環境學院集中應對亞洲環境面臨的挑戰，將有望成為環境研究領域的世界引領者。生物科學學院同北京中醫藥大學合作，有生物醫學科學和傳統中醫領域的一個雙學位課程。物理與數學科學學院的新奇的跨學科課程包括數學與經濟學理學士。數學與經濟學理學士是一個綜合的學位課程，提供給具備優秀定量能力和濃厚經濟學興趣的學生。

College of Professional and Continuing Education
The College of Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE College) offers programmes for continuing professional education and development, to equip Singapore professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) with updated knowledge and skills to keep pace with the rapid technological changes in today’s increasingly competitive economy and industrial landscape.
Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCSoM)
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, a partnership between NTU and Imperial College London, will train a generation of doctors who will put patients at the centre of their exemplary medical care. Graduates of the five-year undergraduate medical degree programme beginning in 2013 will have a strong understanding of the scientific basis of medicine, along with interdisciplinary subjects including business management and technology. The school, named after local philanthropist Dato Sri Lee Kong Chian, aims to be a future model for innovative medical education. Its first doctors will graduate in 2018 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), awarded jointly by NTU and Imperial College London.
Interdisciplinary Graduate School (IGS)
The Interdisciplinary Graduate School (IGS) focuses on the key research areas within NTU's Peaks of Excellence in Sustainable Earth, Secure Community, Healthy Society and Global Asia. Research in these areas span across different disciplines beyond the conventional school-based programmes. IGS leverages on professors from all the schools and colleges in NTU to undertake interdisciplinary research and to act as advisors for IGS PhD students.
With this approach, IGS aims to train a new generation of PhD students, who are exposed to an intensive seminar culture with ample interaction opportunities. This is in line with the best practices in leading overseas institutions.
National Institute of Education
The National Institute of Education, an autonomous institute of NTU, is Singapore's only teacher-training institute. NIE is also internationally acclaimed and provides educational consultancy to countries from Indonesia to UAE.
S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies
The S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies is an autonomous graduate institution of NTU. The school has the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies -- long recognised as a world authority on strategic studies and terrorism.

職業與繼續教育學院提供繼續職業教育和發展方面的課程，為新加坡專業人員、經理和董事提供最新的知識和技能，以適應技術的快速發展需求，適應如今競爭日益激烈的經濟和產業圖景。
李光前醫學院
李光前醫學院是南陽理工大學和帝國理工學院的合作背景下成立的。醫學院致力於培養能夠為病人提供代表性的醫療護理的醫生。五年制本科醫學學位課程開始於2013年，該課程將對醫學的科學基礎有深刻的理解，同時伴隨著的是包括商務管理和技術在內的跨學科。醫學院以慈善家李光前的名字命名，旨在成為創新醫療教育領域的模範。醫學院的第一批醫學生將於2018年畢業，屆時將獲得由南洋理工大學和帝國理工學院聯合授予的醫學士和外科學士學位。
跨學科研究生院
跨學科研究生院集中研究南洋理工大學的一些最優秀核心領域，包括地球可持續性、社區安全、社會衛生和世界中的亞洲。這些領域的研究跨越了傳統的以學院為劃分的不同學科邊界。跨學科研究生院集中了各個學院和學系的教授，以此從事跨學科研究，讓他們擔任學院博士生顧問。
有了這樣的方法，跨學科研究生院的目標是培養新一代博士生，讓他們有機會接觸強化性的文化研討會，進行大量的互動。這與海外頂尖機構的一些最好的實踐是一致的。
國立教育學院
國立教育學院是南洋理工大學的自治機構，也是新加坡僅有的教師培訓機構。除此以外，國立教育學院還是一所得到國際認證的機構，為包括印尼和阿拉伯聯合大公國在內的一些國家提供教育諮詢。
拉惹勒南國際關係學院
拉惹勒南國際關係學院是南陽理工大學是一個自治的研究生機構。學院旗下有國防與戰略研究所，後者長期以來被認可為戰略研究和恐怖主義領域的一個世界權威機構。
Research
As a leading university, research is integral to NTU. It has a vibrant research culture and has created a name internationally for its work in fields such as advanced materials, biomedical engineering, clean energy and environment, computational biology, intelligent systems, nanotechnology and wireless and broadband communication.
The strong research culture has resulted in many world-first inventions. In order to continue to contribute and excel at the highest level, NTU through its Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS) has formed an advisory panel of several Nobel laureates.
The Research TechnoPlaza forms the university's research hub with four interdisciplinary research corridors and 10 research centres.
Research is carried out within the colleges as well as through various partnership programmes. It is also carried out at all levels and has a specific programme aimed at outstanding undergraduates.
