該課程旨在為學生提供實用工具，以了解世界正在經歷的快速而劇烈的變化，幫助他們駕馭世界上複雜的地緣政治變化，並推動他們解決問題。該項目的畢業生應該能夠作為公司團隊的重要成員有效地工作，在管理政府部門、企業和公民團體之間的關係時需要戰略規劃。
該項目設有兩個專業方向，兼顧理論深度與實踐能力：

學術背景：
持有新加坡國立大學榮譽學士學位（成績達到Merit / Second Class及以上）或同等國際學歷
或四年制本科學位，均分成績達到B等級以上
或持有相關專業研究文憑或證書，最低GPA為3.0
或具有本科相關專業背景，並具備至少2年相關工作經驗
或其他符合條件的學習或工作經歷，需經文理學院研究生部審批
語言要求：托福最低總分要求100，或雅思最低總分要求7.0
